We are developing hosted business voice for small teams using compatible phones and apps over their existing internet connection.
Allowances are per user, per month, for standard UK 01, 02 and 03 numbers and main-network UK mobiles. International, premium, personal, offshore and other specialist destinations are outside these proposed allowances. Final destination lists, usage rates and billing rules will be published before launch.
An optional migration and configuration service is planned for a straightforward move involving one eligible number, up to three users and a simple call flow. We will check number eligibility and agree the work before quoting. Larger systems, multiple numbers and onsite work will be quoted separately.
We are researching ways to connect compatible business mobiles, SIMs and PBXs with the same business calling setup. Supported equipment, service scope and pricing remain subject to feasibility and supplier confirmation. This integration will be quoted individually if it becomes available.

Internet calling depends on power and a working connection. We will publish the business service’s emergency-calling arrangements and any backup requirements before launch. These proposed packages are not yet available for use.
